What to Expect During Your In-Home Newborn Photography Session
Choosing an in-home newborn photography session is a wonderful way to capture the sweet moments of your new addition while enjoying the comfort and convenience of your own home. As a Wake Forest newborn photographer, I serve Raleigh, North Carolina, and the surrounding cities within a 45-mile radius, bringing everything needed to create beautiful memories for your family.
Preparing for Your Session
One of the greatest advantages of an in-home newborn session is that there’s no need for you to prepare or tidy up. As a mom, you already have enough on your plate. I bring all the necessary lighting equipment, props, and wraps/outfits, so all you need to do is be comfortable and nearby if your baby needs you.
What to Expect During the Session
When I arrive, I will set up in a small area of your home. Even if your home is small, I don’t require much space. Here’s what you can expect during the session:
Relaxed Atmosphere: You can relax in your own home while I capture the sweet memories of your newborn. This comfortable setting often results in more natural and heartwarming photos.
All Equipment Provided: I will bring all necessary lighting equipment, props, and wraps/outfits. You don’t need to worry about providing anything for the session.
Capturing Natural Moments: In-home sessions allow for capturing candid and natural moments. If you have other children, they are often more comfortable and cooperative in their own environment, which leads to beautiful sibling photos.
No Special Lighting Needed: I don’t require any special areas for lighting. Natural light from windows often provides the perfect illumination, but I will bring additional lighting equipment if needed.
Easy Clean-Up: Once the session is over, I will pack everything up, leaving no mess behind. It’s as if I were never there, allowing you to continue your day without any additional stress.
